A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I am an American author of fiction and creative nonfiction who lives in a small Massachusetts town with their noisy family that consists of eight humans, two dogs, and a cat. I grew up in the USSR and came to America when I was nineteen years old, so I have two hometowns I love: Leningrad, Russia, and Media, Pennsylvania. I haven't seen the first in many years, and I try to visit the second as often as I can.

Exciting news! My debut novel, THE LIGHT OF SEVEN DAYS, has been named an honor title in fiction by the Massachusetts Book Award.
Earlier this year, it was named finalist in the 73rd National Jewish Book Awards in the debut fiction category.
In 2023, it was chosen one of the "Books to Read This Fall" by the Boston NPR radio station WBUR. See the literary critic Katherine Ouellette's list:
